Thank you my angel, i don't know if i can reduce my coffee intake any more, i am so nervy all the time, it is a compulsion of mine, i used to have a coffee and a cigarette, so i am just having the coffee, so that is better than nothing 🙂

Sorry for making my situation sound awful, i know where you are must be excruciating, i just feel so trapped here.

I am so frightened of you ending up in the MHU too, that is why i was pleading with you to change your mind on going their.

Oh my angel, i will do all i can to help you through each and every day like i promised you 🙂 please try to get out as much as possible, i so wish i could give you some nice memories to replace those awful ones, i wish i could take your bad memories away.

Karen, what the hell is wrong with your mother? i have a feeling she is trying to get you into the MHU to get custody of the girls? why would she do that to you?

She is so cruel, Karen tkae that box and put it in the bin out side, don't make a fuss, just get rid of them

OK Karen, please take them out to your truck and put them in the boot, when you get home, put them somewhere that your mother can't get to them.

Karen, i am so worried your mother is playing a bigger and bigger role in your MH, it is like she is trying to push you into harming yourself.

I so wish i could talk to her, i garentee she would never do that again.

Karen, please pack up the girls and go home tomorrow, if your mother is going to act like that, she can stay their on her own, she is just tormenting you Karen, she is your abuser now Karen, she is traumatising you and the girls.

Karen, please put those photos in your car, looking at them is only going to make the trauma worse, please i beg of you. not tonight, if you want to go through them do it when you feel in a better place.
