I am always trying to find ways to make the day go faster so i can speak to you 🙂

Oh what a shame, i so wish you could get just 1 or 2 hours of time alone, i can't wait for you to get home Karen, i know it will take a lot of the pressure off.

I know Karen, you are reliving it over and over, i still remember all my trauma from the nun, and some other trauma i caused myself 😞 i can tell you the date, the time, the smells even the clothes people wore on those days, i relive them time and time again.

I get the memory loss too Karen, it comes from the mind and body shutting down to protect themselves. i can't remember boxing day either, it wwas to traumatic for me, just stay strong Karen, things will get better when you get home.

Hi Karen, just bought myself a coffee Machine :D, i am so excited, i love coffee if you didn't already know 🙂

It was a nice afternoon out, so quiet in Dubbo, everyone must be away. we just sat in the car and fed the Mag pies, so nice.

Oh my angle, that must be a struggle, havign time to relive your trauma, nothing worse than having time to think.
