Re: catching up

Hi My angel,

I just can't sleep anymore, it is so frustrating, i am the same i just so badly want to close my eyes.

It was so quiet here, i think everyone left town 🙂 i so wish you could have been here in stead, you would have managed lots of rest 🙂

Can you shut your eyes for a little while? it is quite pleasent here today 29 and a nice breeze so i am happy, and i am glad you have got a cool change.

Enjoy your swim Karen, missing you already

Re: catching up

I am so pleased you had a good time, i always have a good time when i am chatting with you 😄 you are a wonderful friend too Karen, all a person could ask for.

Yes, i feel really disorientated today, like i am in a daze. i am still going for a drive sometime today as i feel suffocated in this house, i just need to get out, even if it is only sitting in the car.

Enjoy your day Karen, i will be on most of the day (oh the joys of smart phones!!!) so message anytime and i will respond ASAP.

Karen, i always jump at any noise, even mum closing a cuppboard makes me jump out of my chair, i am so nervie all the time, my hearing and attention to detail is so hyper sensitive it annoys mum sometimes, but the anxiety makes me so hyper aware.

Hugs my angel, try to rest when you can.

Re: catching up

Oh Jacques im the same every little noise I jump at my mum complains about my hearing so do the girls. Even the noise of the tv bothers me. Every sound I find annoying. I have to be careful because I get so jumpy even around the girl's. Its awful being so hyper sensitive. I also jump at my awn shadow now thats embarrassing.

I hope you enjoy the drive Jacques.

Re: catching up

Oh yes i do too Karen, we are so much alike, even when i see a shadow in front of me i jump and quickly look around, it is so awful to be so scared and jumpy of our loved ones, it must be so tough with your little girls when they want some affection and you struggle with that.

I do hope one day they come up with something to make the hyper sensitivity go away or at least reduce.

I have to wear ear plugs all day now, i find the TV really annoying and every noise, sometimes i wish i was hearing impaired just to get some relief.

i am not overly excited about the drive, i just need to get out of my prison 😞

Re: catching up

I didn't know you do that to. At the supermarket I thought there was someone behind me and I jumped and spun around. It was a post. The girl's wanted to know what was wrong.
They must both think im strange.
Even the noise of doing the dishes is distressing.
There is not break from all these awful symptoms.

Oh Jacques you are going to have a wonderful drive and find somewhere quiet to rest. Well here's hoping.

Re: catching up

Yes Karen, i do that too, even now if i "feel" someone behind me i quickly turn around, it is a weird sensation to explain, i just get this shiver like someone is their.

I think it would be strange for someone who does not feel so jumpy, i know mum tries so hard to understand, but she just can't it looks like only you and me can truly understand the constant distress.

Yes, i do hate doing the dishes too, and the vacumn even the sound of running water sometimes greats on me, oh boy we are messed up hey?

Mum and i usually park in a quiet place in Dubbo, it is so peaceful and serine, we just sit their quietly and watch the river run and the birds playing. so nice.

Re: catching up

Yea we are pretty messed up aren't we.
I worry about how it effects the girls.

Sounds so peaceful there I hope you enjoy your time at the river.

im so exhausted I don't have the energy to do anything.

I just want to isolate myself.

Re: catching up

Yes i know my angel, it is tough when you have children, but you are getting them the best care possible, that is all you can do.

It is really nice by the river, no people 🙂

I know, i am the same, even moving is an effort, i really have to push myself of an afternoon to do something.

Karen, can you take a little drive to some nice quiet spot? it must be so tough being in a confined space all the time, i do hope when you get home, you can get some Karen time.

My thoughts are with you my angel, always. 🙂

hugs

Jacques
