Karen how are the girls coping with all the noise? i bet they are frightened too? i remember you telling me about that stupid football game when they where making a racket out side your house? i do hope the girls don't get too scared.

Its nice just to have some one who understands me. You have taught me ways of coping with what is happening to me.
I think we were ment to find one another. I still can't believe how lucky I am to have found you again.
It was meant to be.
Im always in the water with the girls they are never far from me. Its good to see them enjoying themselves . I think tomorrow they want to make princess sandcastles. They found lots of pretty shells today and even a crab.

You have taught me many coping skills too Karen, the pen and the ice i remember always, the sensory box, and the sensory mindfullness, you have helped me cope with situations i would never otherwise have coped with.

Yes i bet it is nice to see a smile on their little faces 🙂 it is good for you too Karen, being in the water, their is nothing more soothing, i so miss having my pool, i used it so much, but it was not ment to be 😞
Oh my, princess sandcastles, well they had better make one for you to live in, you being a princess and all 😄 i hope they kept their little fingers away from the snapping part of the crab 
, oh my they are going to have such a collection of shells, do you have a nice jar to put them all in? they would look great on your mantle peice of your new home maybe? they are in style now?

Yes we found a pretty jar for them to go in to.

Oh my sounds like you have things all sorted, they are lucky girls, i do hope they collect some more shells tomorrow.
I am a little drowsey, but i fear i will not be able to sleep, i get such bad panic attacks now when i try to go to sleep 😞 My angel i am going to think of you all night holding my hand, so i hope you don't mind me not letting you go 🙂

Oh Jacques you must be weary . I promise to stay eitth you hoolding your hand. And when you wake in the morning I will still be there holding your hand and I never let go not even once.

Hi my angel,
how did you go last night, did you get some rest?
i stayed up till 2:30 watching Aundre Rieu concert in the Nederlands, so beautiful, it was so nice to see couples enjoying the music, people where even crying, My goodness he can put on a concert.
I was watching it and desperatly wishing my hand was enough to give you comfort, hugs my angel, i know you will be struggling.
Enjoy your swim my angel, feel the sand between your toes and feel the water on your skin, use your senses, stay in the moment, and if you need a shoulder to lean on or someone to comfort you, i am here 🙂

Wow Jacques you must be exhausted. I thought you were going to bed early.
I didn't get much sleep just the usual.
It was really noisy here with party's.
Im so exhausted now I just want to close my eyes.
uw take the girl's to the beach after lunch. Thank goodness its not so hot tidatoday.
