My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

@outlanderno psych visit until mid April. I know that is not long for some, but for me it is a very long time. No idea on DBT, still waiting to hear.

Hun I am no where near safe atm. I am trying to use my safety plan to no avail. I don't want to play this game anymore. I am sorry hun, this is so not fair on you.

April does seem very far away @Snowie just keep holding on. I know your sick and tired of all this shite. I wish it was better. Think we need to start inventing those magic wands that fix everything.
Im not sure if a calling a support line would help? Or some other strategies to your usual things- just to like shake it up abit...
Would hospital be an option for you? Like an overnight stay to keep you safe?

Its NewDawn here one of the moderators on the forum at the moment. I have sent you an email to check in as I am concerned about your safety. I get a sense that its incredibly frustrating being in a limbo state waiting for people to get back and for your medication to make a difference. And that your feeling over it ! . Underlying all of this i can see that you do want things to imporve and your making real efforts to try and make that happen, that takes real energy and strength.

As I am concerned about your safety it would be great if we could talk through email as a medium, as this forum is not a place for crisis management. Please do reach out to the Crisis Teams, your local hospital or Lifeline ( 13 11 14).

Tears are falling for you my sweet sister @Snowie. It's such a wretched place that you are in. It just sucks, doesn't it? I know I don't what or how to fix things or make them go quicker, but I'd like to sit beside and give you gentle hugs.

I have taken some more prn which have helped a bit and got BBT on.
