My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

I'm alright @Snowie @outlander. Just had a 40min hold for a courier redirect. I agree, there are certain words that need to be banned.

But I want to say something else as well. Remember not too long ago I was in the same stuck place you both were. Medication was being chopped & changed, wasn't working for many, many months. You know how fed up I was. You know too how badly I wanted not to be alive and how I very nearly wasn't hear. Life still challenges me, some days are really hard to bear. I still occasionally SH, I still have SI a few times a week. But life is getting better, mire bearable. I'm still impatient to get back to a living life. So hold on to this unbearable time. I know how stuck you feel. I understand the numbness of the meds, and I still have some side effects of mine. I understand that your mind is screaming at you to put an end to it all. I don't know why you have to suffer this way but it will get less. Just hang on sisters. Well get there together ok?

I thought I would let you all know that I might not be on here as much the next 4-5 days. We are going on a bit of an adventure. I wish I could tell you where we are going and what we are doing, but cannot. I can tell you that the kids are very excited.

I know I will find it tricky at times but really want to try and get through it as best as I can for their sake, to make this time happy for them. We will be visiting different places and hopefully I can show you some of those places without giving it away too much.

Am busy packing today and getting things ready as we are leaving this afternoon.

I cannot stay away from here for too long!! so will have my phone and ipad with me to check in and give you all some updates
