My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

Thanks @Sans911, have used that chat service before but it takes so long to get on there and I find counsellors are sometimes not avaliable on there. Plus Sane know what has happened and I didn't really want to explain things again.

Had a good chat to H this morning and worked out a few things. Was a hard chat but will be worth it in the long run.

I did talk to him however about the privacy of this place and I need to be able to trust him, in return with me trying to be more open with him. Spoke about the need for this support and also how much harder it is to tell a loved one what your thoughts are.

We will leave it there for the moment, that has exhausted me enough.

@Snowie - yes, that's been a problem for me with SCBS chat. And I understand about the other.

I understand that the discussion you had would be difficult but now it's out there. And it sounds like it's helped you both a little.

Just rest this afternoon. You've had some super intense days. Are you planning on watching something, having a sleep or doing nothing at all?

@Sans911yes a hard discussion but needed and will make this better in the long run.

This afternoon not much. Just watching some tv and laying on the couch with the dog asleep next to me. Think I might just stay here this afternoon.

@Snowie- I went out for a decent coffee this morning and to get the paper. I mostly needed the paper for my new kitty. It's all rubbish anyway. I'm just chilling this afternoon by talking to you and lil Sis (and anyone else that's about) and reading a book. I'm so glad that I haven't lost my concentration to read. I'd be really upset by that, as reading helps me so much. I used to get into trouble at school because I'd sit down the back and bury my head in a book. Many of my school reports said that I could pay more attention in the classroom.
