My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

I am hoping H is home now and able to comfort you. @Snowie as I don't want you to be alone. Also if your brother is with friends he is ok for now and tonight you need to protect yourself after such a shock. Try and park your family issues and look after you because you matter,

Glad you got a few hours hun but that still isn't a lot. It is sunny here at the moment but still cold outside @outlander

I slept last night thanks to sleeping meds. I try not to take them all the time but needed them last night.

Have woken to lots of posts on facebook so trying to avoid it atm.

I am still torn on what to do, but I won't make a decision yet as I think I am still too emotional to think properly.

I have a phone appt. with my psych this afternoon so it has probably come at a good time.

I hope you can have a nice and relaxing day hun.

Yeah the psych appt has def come at a good time, itll give you a chance to talk to her (?) about whats happening and could probably give you a different perspective etc too.

i agree that waiting to make a decision and also avoiding fb is a good idea for now. its not an easy time at all . can you do something else distracting today?

im currently looking for some birthday ideas/gifts for sister. its a milestone birthday this yr so going to have a bigger party outside in a public space where we are allowed to have more then 20 people inside.

Yeah I am hoping she has some suggestions on what to do @outlander

I have enough housework and washing to distract myself hun, I just need to get motivated to do it! 😒

I hope you can find some ideas for her birthday hun, especially since it is a milestone one. D has her birthday coming up and I think I am almost finished, just waiting on some things to be delivered.
