My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

im glad that gp and pdoc went ok and you have some more ect sessions planned. sounds like your in good hands with your support people thankfully

She still cannot comprehend what I have done and still cannot accept it, so she tells me.

Thanks for making me feel worse then I already do.

Today has not been a good day.

It sounds like you are feeling awful today - I am so sorry for this. It took a lot of courage for you to be speak up about what you experienced and it is so upsetting and isolating when people we care about do not believe or understand us.

I just wanted to check-in to see if you feel you need to reach out for extra support at this time?

Please feel more than free to reach out to the SANE Help Centre via chat or phone (1800 18 72 63), or any other services that could help (e.g. 1800 Respect, Suicide Call Back Service, etc.), if you are struggling.

I’m so sorry to read this @Snowie Whatever has happened I am here for you and I know that lots of others are too.
