My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

Yeah I do know what that is like @Snowie I think I am getting better at heading off the darkness but it is not easy. Talking to your psych is a good idea - even if it is only over the phone for now - that sucks but unfortunately we can't change that at the moment ....makes it sooo much harder but at least it is something.

I am more than happy to be here with you and do anything I can to help - even though I know there is not much I can do I hope you know how much you are loved and cared about by all of us here - just thought I should remind you of that sweetheart

Thanks @Zoe7 for the reminder. If it wasn't for you and others on here I think I would be in a much worse state. It does help talking through things on here. It especially helps when people understand without you having to say too much. And as much as we don't want others we care about go through similar things, it is those things that make those words much easier to write. Hoping that the psych can help on Monday. I just have to keep it together until then.

Will say goodnight hun, am going to take my meds and go to sleep. Thank you for the company tonight, it has helped and has settled my anxiety just to be able to express myself a little.
