Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

I am ok hun. I had another pretty bad night's sleep. And unfortunately Mr A was being really difficult and annoying very early this morning, so I took my frustrations out on him. Don't worry, I would never hit him. I just yelled at him a bit.

I am around this afternoon so I am okay to sit with you if you like. Here for you if you want to talk or not @Snowie.

Slowly @Sans911 I have hit a wall this afternoon and need to sleep shortly. I have been to Bunnings and got more paint so I will be assured I don't run out now. I still have the ceiling to paint and one more coat on the walls. I should get the walls finished tonight and one coat on the ceiling. Then tomorrow I will do another in the morning and start the trims before I do a final coat on the ceiling. I am a couple of days behind in my plan but there is no rush.
