My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

Pain is pain @Snowie. It's as individual as it subjective. It's not irrelevant nor a burden to others if they are willing to be with you in these tough times. And you don't have to know exactly what's wrong, how to articulate it to know some thing's not right. Can you just tell H you're in a dark place and that you need extra support? Just tell him that you are are scared to be alone. You don't have to fight this battle alone Snowie. I understand you might feel it's hard on H, but if you were in a burning wreck would he not hesitate to help? He loves you & it's innate to want to protect you.

I've had lots of support today from various people, so I'm all ready to support you hun.

Not bringing me down today @Snowie if you need to talk. I saw in another post you said 'it's too late'. Do you need any medical assistance?

Remember all the times I needed both of you (and others) support when I was in a similar position where are now? And it went on weeks? You were both there, anytime, without judgement or complaint. That's why @outlander and I are hear now. For your. No judgements, no complaints. Because you are worthy of our unconditional love. You deserve to live and find a way out of the darkness. You didnt bring any of this on yourself. This trauma was done to you by someone unkind, uncaring and mean. You are none of those things. You are such a beautiful, brave woman.

I am glad you have got supports. I wish my support worker would still come and see me, but I guess I am not that important to them.

I know he wants to protect me, I guess like always I don't want to burden him.

@outlander I have not got a clue what to talk about.

I am just going to go and try and sleep. Hopefully my normal meds plus some prns will help me settle down a bit.

I hope you both have good nights and can get some sort of sleep tonight.

I think it's just this current situation @Snowie is why your support worker won't come to see you. And you have other people in the house. It's nothing to do with you being a burden hun. That's just where your mind is taking you at the moment.

I know it's hard to express yourself but could you tell your support worker it's not helpful to you to not have that face to face contact? Could you meet in a nearby park somewhere?

It's super important you get something out of your supports. They are getting paid to support you hun. They can't help you unless you are honest with them.

its the current situation @Snowie your definently important, its a really hard situation atm. hopefully things will be able to resume more normally esp support services soon.

hoping that you can get some sleep but ill be up for a while if you cant sleep
