My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

the days been ok @Snowie its actually raining and really cold here. it was only 12 degress today which is a big drop from the 30s the past few months!
ive just been getting a few crochet orders done but I ran out of the yarn I need so cant do much more now.
still very headachy and migrainey though so trying not to do much.

How are you going? have you been up to much today?

It was quite cold here today too.

Went out this morning to do some food shopping, picked up some photos, bunnings and kmart run and then home.

Sounds like you have had a productive day @outlander despite your pain hun.

I hope it subsides soon and you can get some sleep tonight.

I am sort of ok. I just am waiting for the next round of conversation with M. I know it's coming just don't know when.

Have you got much planned for tomorrow?

ive got to face the shops tomorrow too but I have a 5 hour event to go to if its not raining. in a way im kind of hoping it does get cancelled cause I don't feel like getting sick!
yeah I was hoping the chiro would help, Monday and then Thursday im suppose to have another session so 2 in one week to try and get things in order. im up to the 3rd adjustment though and it seems to be flaring my headaches up even more. I know sometimes it can get worse before it gets better but I think ill be getting scan the next time I see my gp and I she wont order them ill see someone who will cause this is getting ridiculous. we are at the 2 month marks already and its making me feel quite sick now as well

its hard when we know somethings coming but you don't know when. keeps up feeling lie we're walking on eggshells huh.
is talking here distracting you abit?
have you got much on tomorrow?

Getting sick is the last thing you need @outlander especially on top of everything else hun.

Something needs to happen soon for your pain, you can't keep going on like this.

Talking here helps a bit hun. I know in the long run I have made the right decision but it is hard to see it that way in the present moment. I am hoping with time it gets easier. I know it is a lot for M to deal with and she needs to process it all in her way, which hopefully I am allowing her to do so.

I haven't got much on tomorrow. Have to drop of S at a birthday party. That and washing and ironing are on the agenda.

sometimes the right decisions are the most hardest ones too. I think you've been very brave in speaking out and sharing what you have! I know it musnt feel like it for you but it me I see a lot of bravery and courage! I hope that as others process it, things will be much better for you too. we will be here every step of the way and H seems to be more understanding now?

im not sure the washing and ironing ever stop does it! I think everytime I look in out washing basket there another load ready to go 🤷‍♀️

It was either a case of staying quiet and my mental health getting worse or saying something and hopefully I can improve, only if its a little.

H has been great through it. I am lucky I have him.

No I don't think the washing ever stops. The kids seem to wear things for 5 minutes and they are in the wash!! I think they would rather put it in the wash then have to put it away

Izzy is asleep on my lap at the moment, she is never far away.

Its always a toss up @Snowie but i really hope this will help you to move forward. Im so glad H has been supportive too.

Yep the joys of kids lol. One little one is still at the age where h a lf the time you dont know what is clean and whats not cause it all gets dumped on the floor!,

She is cute, shes probably nice and warm cuddled up to you too. Is she still escaping when you put her outside?
