Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

Today has been an ok day. Had group today which went well and I have finished the first module. We have a weeks break and then it starts up again. Hoping I am with a few of the same people next module as I have got to know them and feel comfortable around them. Am hoping we have the same two facilitators also as have become comfortable and at ease with them too.

Came back to my room and am just having a low key night.

I managed to eat a little today which is a huge improvement for me.

Leaky tonight but I'm not sure why. I guess there doesn't have to always be a reason

Im sorry your feeling leaky though, your right sometimes there isn't a reason we just have a leaky sort of day. its been quite tough for you so may just be some of the built up stuff
