My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

Sometimes we feel low and we don't know why. I think it is just the ups and downs of MI.

I read before that you have a busy week ahead and have had a fairly bust day.

Hope you can find some me moments in there for yourself.

No today wasn't busy @Snowie. It's a public holiday so the only thing I have done is a brief visit to a friend and then home. I watched Netflix this afternoon until I fell asleep. Im sitting outside now with a coffee and the cats. Sometimes I have too much me time i 🤔 think

I hope the cats are behaving themselves @Sans911 Sitting outside sounds nice, I will just have to dream about it. Lockdown here is 8pm!!
