Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

You are not alone @Snowie We are here for you. It is so unacceptable that we have such a broken system that you cannot get in to see someone. It sounds like your pdoc is doing what he can but that does not help you feel so alone in all this. My GP has found that at this time of year a lot of psychs are full or have closed their books for the year so whilst you are seeing that as a personal thing in my experience it is simply an overworked system with little being done to fix it. That does not help you though - you really need this support right now so I hope your pdoc can sort something for you quickly. In the meantime we are here for you Hon - listening and supporting you because you do mean a lot to us and you ARE worthy
