Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

I'm sorry @Snowie. My words are but a bandaid for a gaping wound. You need that support yesterday & it is impeding you from feeling cared about and heard as well. I'm hoping a solution is found soon.

I really hope your pdoc can sort something quickly for you @Snowie I do know that place you are in and it is debilitating. I had to wait 2 months to get into the pdoc and as caring and supportive as my GP was she did not have the knowledge of meds that the pdoc had. We can hope that the increase in your meds helps while you wait for a psych. It is totally not acceptable that you need to go through this though and I hear that nothing will help right now but we are still here with you and care very much.
