My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

I couldn't agree more @Snowie that you need one to one support right now and for some time to come. And you need a psychologist you feel comfortable with almost from the get go and who you can see weekly. You deserve to be cared about & your mental health needs are so critical at this time. You can't do this alone hun. And you shouldn't have to. I'm sorry you had such a difficult night-it sounds horrible and I can't begin to imagine what you went through. I just wish I could take all this pain away from you. Please don't dissapear or shut down. Keep reaching out for support. Don't internalise that pain. It's only hurting and you don't deserve that. What happened to you isn't your fault. You are blameless. I am here to support you anytime, and that support is unconditional. Hugs and love @Snowie 💕💕💕💕

It sounds like you are going through some transitions with your supports. This can be really challenging trying to find someone who is a good fit personally, accessible and available. Good on you for trying with this process, it can be very draining.

When you say you give up that makes me concerned so I'm sending you an email to check in.

Hearing you @Snowie. You are not too complex. I hear your frustration and despair. You will find someone for you. Just try to hold on a little while longer.
