My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

Pdoc came in this morning. I told her straight out that if she says she is going to come in and see me she has to stick to that. I don’t cope with change and it made me more anxious. Think she was a bit taken back but she apologised.

Anyway, as soon as there is a bed free I am moving out of high risk. My level of risk has been put down so it means I can go to groups now and med change starting tonight. Went to one this morning on self compassion, something that I greatly lack in so many way. Can’t say I have more compassion but did learn a few new tools to help.

@Snowie good on you Snowie. It doesnt hurt these professionals to realise they are meant to be doing a service for their clients. Hopefully a bed will open up soon for you. 😄
