My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

Morning @outlander. Hubby coming in at 9am this morning and if there are no answers than I am leaving. I feel like I am getting worse instead of better. Cannot even use my normal coping strategies in here. Everyone just keeps talking about beening transferred out of here onto normal ward but no one can tell me when.

Meds have not even been changed yet which was one of the main purposes of why I am here. So so so mad right now,

sorry for the rant.

Can hear how frustrated you are. When i was in hospital i found that nothing happened and nobody was around at all over the weekends, was just the nurses (but public country hospital bit different)... However, im sure fairly confident that things will happen today because it's monday again! I hope that things do start to move ahead a bit. fingers crossed that you see pdoc today for more of a plan. hugs

You have every right to be mad and frustrated and upset @Snowie but please dont leave at least give them today im not sure they would be in at 9am but im sure they will be in sometime today

why admit someone on a Friday if nothing is going to happen?

They work in mental health. If a pdoc says she is going to be in, she better come in that day or it makes things worse for us. I am not doing another night in this area, if it is not happening today then I am leaving. I can’t do this anymore

Your safety was at the forefront of everyones mind @Snowie but its up to you of course. They dont generally come around on weekends as its about keeping you safe and adjusting as well. Hopefully she comes around before you leave as i think itll do you good if you move to the other area and do the groups etc.

Im ok as can be. Have my gp this morning so needing to talk about a few things esp sleep and strange dreams

Can see your point @Snowie, but I suppose they admitted you Friday based on as the content of your paper work, but going by weekends that's the time when you are probably occupied with kids sports etc.Hope today there is hope for you.
