My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

Hey @Snowie I can hear @Sans911's concerns for you - I feel similar Hon. You do need to put your health first here and it is good that you are seeing your pdoc Friday. It is very brave of you to lay everything out for your psych - that tells me you know you need help and support with how you are feeling and can't do it all on your own ...so courageous to do what you did today - very proud of you for talking to you psych so openly.

Had work cover lady and H in the appointment today so hardly spoke. They were doing enough speaking for me. Might as well not been there.
