Oh @Snowie that sucks and not at all good for you - especially when you have enough trouble talking anyway. You need that outlet for yourself - especially how you have been feeling this week. Here with you Hon. Hearing you about how hard it is right now and how totally frustrating today would have been for you - you have us here sitting right with you

Still here for you my sweet @Snowie Hoping you have had night meds and nearly ready to try for sleep. I had mine a bit later tonight so will be here for a little while longer if you need the company Hon

Had my psych appointment yesterday. Spoke a lot about my sh and si thoughts and plans. Have placed a few safety precautions in place. He suggested hospital again.

I really want to stay out at the moment. The kids are on school holidays and I don't want to ruin their holidays by going in. We are meant to go away for a few days at easter too which the kids are looking forward too. So I really don't want to ruin that for them.

I know I need extra support at the moment but it is hard to do that. I don't want my mental illness affecting the kids and them missing out on things because of me. They already are affected enough by me.

I just hope I can keep going until then.

Sometimes that desire to do something can give us the drive to look after ourselves a little better too - it is great that you have this holiday to look forward to and you want to make that happen for your kids - let that be something that you concentrate on in the coming days to help you get through.

Reach out to the supports you have and try to keep yourself occupied when you can - hour by hour if need be ...and post as much as you need. I am on holidays too from tomorrow so will be around for you sweetheart

I am just trying to get through till the holiday and whatever happens after that will happen. It is helping me get through the days. I think that is why I haven't followed through with any of my plans...

I do think having that motivation to do something - like this holiday - is a great thing for you Hon. Put those plans in the back of your mind for now and replace them with the pending holiday ones - you kids are excited and will want you there. After that you can go back to hospital and get the support in that way that you need. In saying that though @Snowie if things get worse for you then abslutely go to hospital earlier - the kids would rather have you around and miss a hoiday than the alternative ...and we certainly want you around too Hon - you are much loved and cared for here
