My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

My meds seem to be going better. The side effects are starting to calm down thankfully. I am still on two different meds which are used for the same thing and my pdoc wants me to be on only one. So it is a matter of increasing one whilst we decrease the other one. So next time i see him will be another decrease in one of the meds.

Hopefully your meds kick in quickly tonight hon

That sounds really positive @Snowie It is good that you are decreasing one slowly and also that the side effects are easing.

I might need to head off forum - don't think I can watch the rest of the cricket - getting very tired. Will lay down on the couch for a while with Toby and then head to bed as soon as I can feel my eyes closing ...and that I suspect won't take too long.

It has been great catching uo with you tonight.mI'll watch MAFS tomorrow and see if I think the same as you.

Feeling pretty tired after last night plus the last few nights of no sleep and physical stuff hanging around. i managed to get the washing done today though and the majority of the house cleaned, only minor stuff like mopping the floors an vaccuming to do.
and btw your a good mum even though your doubting yourself atm

yeah i have a biggish day tomorrow so kinda needed to get things done, plus im doing a pest control bomber thingy while im out as well so doing 2 things at once. plus have physio as well as other things.
First day back for the kids too so have that routine starting up again.
Its ok, you can have your doubts, but i definently dont doubt you. hugs and hugs

My kids don't start back until Friday.

Have got pysch tomorrow morning and then have to go and finish of some shopping for the kids for school. Got all their books organised today and contacted so least that is out of the way.

Least you will have your weekdays to yourself with the kids back at school.

contact! sheesh i could never do that! , always had bubbles in which drove me crazy, mum was the same so we always just brought the spiral ones with the different colours lol.
i hope your psych appt goes well tomorrow and isnt to overwhelming.
at least ishopping will give you and the kids something to do tomorrow too.

mm i wont really have the weekdays as ive got pop and it also means my appointments will start back up more as i put them on hold while the holidays are on. my days are to unpredicable to keep them unless im sick and make drs a priority etc.
