My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

Thanks @Zoe7. Just a conversation I had with D that made those big feelings surface. Feeling like a crappy mum tonight.

Kids start back at school on Friday. Have to do a few things tomorrow to make sure they are ready. Did all there books today

You are doing the best you can @Snowie so try not to let what your D had to say get to you. Children will challenge our own beliefs of ourselves in the best of times but those things are more pronounced when you are down on yourself as well. Whatever it is she had to say try to put it into perspective - things said from those closest to us often hurt even more - you are doing better than you have been for a long time - don't let this conversation with D derail you. This too shall pass - but it sucks at the moment.

I thought that when they were all introduced last night - seems to me that some are there for the exposure more than the actual relationship - I hoped to be proved wrong but that was my first impression of a couple of them @Snowie It is a tv show after all but we do get invested in it lol

I might have to watch it in the morning before my appointment @Snowie I'll be interested to see who is with who in tonight's episode though.

Starting to get tired here already - meds kicking in early tonight methinks

It is a really warm night so expecting that sleep may only come when they have really kicked in. How are you going with your meds?
