Here with you Hon. Have you had more nightmares @Snowie or still trying to deal with the one yesterday?

I've had more nightmares @Zoe7 plus seeing my psych today. Sometimes I think is it worth it. nothing seems to help, just one thing after another with no relief.

Both of those things are very confronting for you Hon so it is no wonder you are feeling like you are @Snowie It can get better but often the road there is very bumpy. You are dealing with some big stuff my sweet Snowie and it is bound to have a negative impact upon you. Keep talking, keep connected, keep distracting - whatever helps you the most tonight and we will help you get through this.

@Zoe7My mind has so many thoughts thoughts running through it and plans being made. I've been trying to distract myself but nothing seems to be breaking the cycle tonight. And then I've already gone and done something

Has the 'done something' released any of the pressure Hon - and do you need medical attention @Snowie?

No it hasn't released any of the pressure.

My thoughts are still screaming at me tonight. It's still too early to take my night meds or else I would have by now. I just got to hang on a little longer.
