Sometimes professionals don't have the expertise to help with what you are going through. Which is complex, distressing, ongoing, and difficult to navigate through the process of what you've been through. You have made progress here and there, but sometimes it's hard for us to see that from your own angle.

I understand where you are coming from, and although I'm not in your position or had the same experiences, I understand the feelings of self loathing, hopelessness, loss of self and the ongoing despair.

Just stay with us if you can today, but please reach to a helpline. I know they don't always help you much but even if they can bring down the feelings a little is better than nothing.

I'm sitting here with you for as long as needed. Can we get through 5mins at a time?
