Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

I saw my psych this morning. I am beyond help now. He doesn't have my answers and neither do I. My SI is so high that I just want it to be over. I feel like I am done.

He is wrong, you are not beyond help. He is beyond helping you. He either needs to help you find someone qualified enough to be able to help you, or refer you to another service. Why do the professionals do this to people? Don't they realise the impact they have on you?

Can you call your pdoc? SANE HC? SCBS?

Please darling you have been through so so much. You are worthy and needing help, and you're incredibly important to be here. I'm right here with you. Hugs xc
