Something’s not right

My special place

My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

Thank you all for your continued support.

Re: My special place

@Snowie @Sans911 checking in with you both after your appointments today - my GP app. went okay - blood pressure is normal and all meds stay as they are but I need to talk to my pdoc on Wednesday about how tired I am in the mornings even after I sleep all night. Hope you are both doing as ok as you can be - thinking of you both

Re: My special place

IThe pyschologist appt went really quickly. It was a little uncomfortable today, talking about anniversary stuff (work related), and my almost addictive need to sh.

I almost forgot I had my support worker about an hour and half after pysch appt. That went really badly when we went back to working on a recovery plan. I hit trigger after trigger, and in the end asked her to leave.

Call it providence or whatever but I probably was going to do some considerable SH, but a new guest has rocked up for one night.

But I'm left feeling super triggered and anxious right now. Hr, breathing are up and mind is racing.

I don't have a choice, have to get meds and go to supermarket. I'll be back in a while. Maybe

.

What a difficult day Hon - that is very hard to deal with - especially with trigger after trigger. Take care @Sans911 - you are very important to me and others on here and much loved

Re: My special place

@Sans911I am sorry to hear you hit trigger after trigger with your support worker. I know how hard that must have been and how easily we can slip back into the SH and how hard it is to stop. Been there a lot lately.

Please come back on to at least know that you are safe. You asked for a like yesterday so you knew I was okish, I will do the same now. A like just to know you are okish, even though there is still a lot that is not ok.

Re: My special place

My appointment went ok. On antibiotics now for my throat and ears. Hopefully that clears it up sooner now. Had to do some work cover things there at the same time. That was uncomfortable, triggering and pointless. How am I meant to know how I am going to be going in 3 months time? Made me feel very useless and crap about my mental illness.

Re: My special place

How are we to try to determine how we will be in 3 months time when we csn bsrely get through today and see tomorrow @Snowie - that is ridicuous to ask you

Hope your throat and ears clear up - there is nothing worse than trying to struggle through each day emotionslly and be physically unwell as well - feeling for you Hon

Re: My special place

Hi @outlander, how are you?

@Zoe7that was one of the least pointless questions. It was all about time frames and when I think I could get back to work or when I could do other work. I don't know why they do this to us. I felt bad enough already and then go ask me questions that I had no hope of answering which just made things worse. The GP could see how upset it was making me. She asked if I was going to be safe after the appointment.
