I know sweetie that you're in that space where it feels like the darkness goes on forever and there is no way out. I know your thoughts are playing a cruel game of torture and lies. I know that you are hurting beyond what is reasonable.

But I also know these other things. Your are so much stronger than you realise. That you've gotten through these times before. That you are loved by so many, here and in real life. That you matter immensely to myself and so many others. That through day and night I and others have sat quietly beside you. We've cried when you cried. We've hurt at your hurt. We've despaired at your despair. Most of all, we loved you when you hated yourself so much.

You know you always get right to my heart when you write such moving passages like that. There is so much I wish I could discuss on here but I am scared of letting it out and scared that it might be too identifying.

@Snowie Could you put it in an email to the mods and then they csn see what you can post from that - might also be a way to get some of it out but not mske it public on the forum

Just let little non identifying peices out at a time hun. Don't keep it all inside because it's like a stray bullet ricocheting around, tearing you to pieces inside.
