The only reason I acknowledge today is because of my kids.

I have always made their day special. It's important to me that they grow up with happy memories attached to their's.

@Snowie thinking of you my dear friend. You may already be in bed asleep, I know you have been counting down the hours so that today is over. Today’s a hard day and I understand. But I do gently want to remind you that I am so very grateful that you are in this world and I get to call you friend. I’m sorry you have had to suffer so much in your lifetime and nothing can ever erase the memories of such things. Please know I’m holding you close and can only hope for easier days ahead. Some extra meds helped with the sleep.

Had gp this morning. I like being the first appt. At least she isn't running late yet!

I blurted quite a lot to her which I normally don't do. She seemed surprised. Asked the normal 'safe' questions.

Home now eating chocolate! Got lego and chocolate yesterday.

I don't normally talk to the gp about my MH @Wintersweet I have my psych and then the pdoc that does all my meds. I only see her for medical things and she's always been nice.

I guess she had to do the standard response, duty of care, all of that.

I got the Big Bang Theory lego set. It is discontinued. Been looking for it for ages and H somehow found it on marketplace.

I talk to my pdoc this afternoon. I don't see him often as he is quite a drive away so most appointments are by phone. I probably am due to see him in persoon though.
