Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

I am sorry I’m not connecting very well @Snowie . I appreciate your offer to listen but I’m scared to say what’s happening in my head. I’m afraid I might do something that I honestly don’t want to do if that makes sense.

On a brighter note I’m planning to go away with my sister at the end of this month. Something to look forward to.

I get being scared hon. I do too. It's like trying to keep those floodgates closed. Once one thing is out it could just be the start of those gates opening.

Thats nice going away with your sister. At least something to look forward too.
