Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

I know some days are harder than others. I know things will improve, or so I'm told. But in the meantime it doesn't help. I have one thought in my head that seems to override everything. Probably shouldn't mention it on here though.

How long can one go on like this. I don't think I even know what 'better' looks like. Just some distant memory that seems lost forever.

Took D to see mum this morning and have a coffee. Mum was so happy to see her. Think it made her week!
