My day has been ok. Had ECT this morning. Early morning so early night

I am curious to know if you sent the email to your psychologist?

And have you been able to speak to H at all? It's completely okay if not, of course. I am just wanting to know where you're at, if you have the space to share. 🫶

This week has had its ups and downs. Sleep hasn't been great which doesn't help.

I didn't end up sending an email to my psych but had her via telehealth on Thursday. I was able to tell her a bit more than I thought I would. So she now knows quite a bit about what has been happening.

I haven't spoken to H. I had ECT yesterday so he had to take time off work for that.

Oh dear @Snowie Im so sorry.

I went to breakfast with the girls, when I found them. They thought I wasn’t coming so hadn’t told me they were going somewhere different. They found a cheaper place by the water which was very nice.
