So had psych (telehealth) this morning.

Told her about the last few weeks, what I've done and how much I feel like I am letting everyone down. Talked about the risky things I'm doing and the lack of want to be here.

I surprised myself at how much I could tell to a computer screen.

Not sure how she was meant to take it but took it quite well. She questioned my safety and spoke about her duty of care.

Also spoke about a few things I could try to do during the week. Baby steps as she called it.

Might be baby steps for her but for me they feel huge. I guess only time will tell.

Came away exhausted but also pleased at myself for saying so much.

Well done @Snowie that has been a huge achievement!

How are you going? How has your day been?

I saw pdoc this morning @Snowie and came home and slept. I’m awake now but still not really with it. It will be 4 weeks before I see her again. Oh well.

It takes a lot out of us @Eve7 seeing our supports. I come away feeling exhausted most times.

I'm glad you were able to take a nap.

Thats a long time for you hon without your pdoc. I know how often you see them.

Are they taking leave? Is there anyone else you can see?

I can’t go next week as it’s gd’s swimming carnival and then pdoc is taking leave @Snowie just have to pull up my big girl pants.
