Just touching on your last message to me - I sense that sharing what you're thinking and feeling through email could be very helpful, because knowing more will help her to help you. But of course, it's completely up to what feels right in your body. Stretching yourself slowly into that space of sharing is the safest way to do so.

H has been great but is back at work. I didn't want him to miss out on more work because of me.

I just let everyone down.

I don't know what to do from here. I see (well tele health) my psych on Thursday. I've got an email to send to her, words that I can't say out loud. Just have to press send...

I'm hearing that it feels very much like letting people down @Snowie but I imagine they feel very differently.

Can be hard to take that seemingly small step to press 'send' eh? Makes it all feel very real. Sometimes I just feel like I need to take a few deep breaths, shut my eyes, and click...

But there is always tomorrow, too 💜

They might not feel that way @Jynx but I guess thats just how I perceive it and think it.

Tomorrow is hard to look at. Just hour by hour

@Snowie totally get that, and those feelings are hard to sit with. We can try to gently remind ourselves that thoughts/feelings aren't facts, give ourselves a little grace.
