Thats good that your SW can make it on Monday @Bow Hopefully that makes it a little easier for you. Are you comfortable talking to your pdoc about what's been happening?

I don't really know how I feel. I just feel numb. I have my psych on Thursday. Only telehealth though. I'm hoping she can understand. H has been good. Just feel like I've let everyone down.

Not really @Snowie his a he. And his still so new. If needed I think my SW will tell him everything.

Yeah, it's hard. Meant to be going out with family tomorrow for lunch. Really don't want to go but I know I should. H and I anniversary on Monday too. Wanting everything just to go back to normal.

yeah my last couple of docs have been males. It is hard.

I was in a bit of a shut down state this past week and kinda pushed people away. Few text messages here and there, she had planned to visit and then canceled. Just hope all is ok for my appointment on Monday and she attends. She said she had another support in the morning but said me and my appointment was a priority.

can be hard to go out and act all normal and happy afterwards. I’m sorry hon

Ohh pancakes sound really nice for tea @Bow I haven't had them for ages.

We had nachos with avocado dip. Only H, S and me. D was out with friends.

My pdoc is male. He is the only one I've ever had. I guess after all these years I'm just used to him. I do find him easy to talk too.

My first psych was a male. Since he was the first, I guess I never knew any different. I do like having a female for a psych though. I do find her easier to talk too.

Sometimes we do push people away. Not on purpose. I think sometimes it is to try and protect ourselves. I'm glad she'll be there on Mon for you.

I know I should go tomorrow. One of H's Aunties has just been diagnosed with cancer. Surgery this week. The right thing to do is go.
