Unfortunately I can't stay in bed all day or else I would. I just have to try and stay out of my head. Try and not give in to my thoughts.

Just the way my psych said that nothing I've done has worked so far made me feel like I've failed her. Why have appts. if I'm not going to take her advice.

I thought I might email her with everything I'm thinking. I've only ever done that once before. I just don't think that I can say what I need her to know out loud.

I've never been one to express my opinion.

I think H knows I'm not doing great. It's not as if I can hide it that well.

I've been lucky with my kids. I've never really had any problems/issues with them (hopefully it doesn't start now).

Yeah it’s been pretty rough @Snowie really don’t know what to do. pdoc on Monday. Stupid comm mh stuffed my appointment. My CM told me it was changed from the 25th to the 3rd, but then I get a call yesterday confirming my appointment for Monday. Freaked out. Thankfully my SW could make the time.
