Saw my psych yesterday for the first time in about 8 weeks. She was finally back from leave.

I told her a lot. She seemed concerned. She wanted to call but didn't want that. Had to promise her, I'm not sure I can do it though. I don't want to let her down.

Next appt. is telehealth. I don't understand why more psych's are deciding to do telehealth. I hate it. Saying my deepest darkest thoughts into a laptop screen doesn't help. It just upsets me more.

I have told her before I struggle with telehealth.

She used to do all her appts. in person. Thats one of the reasons why I choose her. If I go with another psych, it means starting all over again.

Maybe I'm just another pay check for her, a money maker. Why care anyway.

@Snowy I hear you around how challenging it is regarding telehealth and having to talk into a screen rather than being there in person, but you got through yesterday and that takes a lot. You are not letting anyone down and I understand that you are frustrated with the way telehealth is everywhere, but I think your Psyche does really care about you, even though I totally understand that it can feel the opposite way sometimes.

Sorry it is like that for you @Snowie I don’t like Telehealth either.

@Eve7 the tears stopped for long enough to go to the chemist. Home alone now.

I thought I would feel relief after yesterday, but no.
