My Dr thinks it's the meds I'm on that is increasing my HR @Shaz51

I'm on quite a few for my MH.

She's just doing it just to make sure.

Yeah for sure, I think there's a lot of complexity to the layers of emotions, plus almost this like... pressure kind of feeling to just 'keep on keeping on', despite the fact that you're watching a loved one fade away before your eyes. Feels so strange to miss someone, even when I'm in the same room as him 😞

So rough @GezzaP spasms can be so scary too, which can increase anxiety and muscle tensions, which can then make them worse 😖 Hope you are able to have a more relaxing sleep tonight hun 🤞

I had several spasms in bed and while showering @Jynx . I’m in really bad pain, but managed to water garden which really needed it. It was a struggle. Now icing my back. Go back to chiro today if I can drive. Find out that when attempt to drive to shop. Can barely walk.

Have to go be fitted for a heart monitor tomorrow ---- how are you going my sister @Snowie , thinking of you for the next 24 hours
