Still got fires around us but out of the danger zone for now. I get alerts on my phone so keeping up to date incase anything changes. At least the smoke smell has gone.

I'm sorry about your dad. It is hard to watch from the outside, knowing there is little you can do. I agree that the grieving process has already started.

It is hard to talk about. I find it easier to talk to someone who has gone through it already with a loved one.

Had hair dressers this morning, just to cover the greys. Probably a good thing, got me out of bed.

Been on couch the rest of the day.

Ohhh @Shaz51 thats not good about the power. No power = no air con.

Went to hairdressers this morning. Spent afternoon on couch. Journalled for a bit. Things I can't say on here.

Have to go be fitted for a heart monitor tomorrow. Have to wear it for 24 hours. Having issues with high heart rate. Dr thinks it's just the meds I'm on, but checking just in case.

How are you? Is the cyclone still near you?

Back very sore @Jynx but at least I only had 2 spasms last night. Night before I had 25 or more. Sleeping a lot. Hope your day has been ok.
