I’m ok thanks @Snowie just getting back into uni with a course about communication in the health industry.

That actually sounds interesting @Eve7 Hopefully it's a bit easier than last year

Took mum up the street this morning. She seemed a little better.

I have hairdressers tomorrow. Cover up those greys!

We have a family catch up on Saturday. It is hubby's Dad's side of the family. There will be lots of people. Too many people for my liking. At least we don't have to stay long if it gets overwhelming.

How is your week looking?

I had back spasms last night @Snowie . Went to chiro. He said to take pain relief [edited by moderator] and put ice on my back. Also have to put pillow under my knees when I go to bed. Surprised myself by getting shoes off. Shivering here with ice. Hope your day is ok. Feeling miserable. So stupid shouldn’t try to lift anything. Hoping don’t have spasms tonight. They’re agonising. Eorry for moaning so much.

I was really careful in my uni selection this year @Snowie I still have a couple of maths courses to do but I wasn’t quite ready for that yet.

Just the usual this week, training, breakfast with friends tomorrow and pdoc on Thursday. Also, looking forward to the tennis. Did you watch Goolagong?

@GezzaP it was good that you got into the Chiro. Hopefully by following their instructions, your pain can decrease in the coming days.

It can be surprising how one thing can affect our MH so much. I hope you can be kind to yourself. You are doing the very best you can. If it helps to get it out, then do so.

Been watching a bit of the tennis but didn't watch Goolagong. Didn't know she was playing.

Goolagong is a mini series. @Snowie You can watch it on ABC iview. It’s quite good.

I need to go to the hairdressers soon too as it’s looking messy again. I’m leaving the grey now.

Ohh @Eve7 I haven't seen that mini series. Will have it give it a go.

H and I just finished watching all of Game of Thrones. Looking for something else to watch.

I don't go to the hairdressers much, its gotten so expensive. I do need to get my hair cut too.
