Thanks @Snowie . I’m struggling. Sitting and standing hard. Can barely bend. Wishing I was as flexible as my puss. She is asleep on the other arm chair. Chiro booking online site down will have to ring tomorrow.

Been gardening today. Took me about 4 hours and I probably got under 1/2 done.

Yes @Snowie I hope I can get in quickly too. That’s a lot of gardening! I struggled to water garden this morning. Dreading putting cat bowl down and getting in and out of bed. Getting back spasms when I move especially if I bend or twist. Hope you enjoyed your day in the garden.

Ended up at mums. She rang and had a meltdown on the phone, so thought I'd better go.

She said she would rather be dead than go through what she is going through

She forgot my Aunties Name and how to ring her

She rang my brother but he was too busy to speak to her

Gotten herself so worked up that she even struggled to talk to me

She wasn't upset with me, she was just upset

I don't know what to do. Whatever I say or do I can't help, I can't stop it. Even though she can be so horrible to me at times, I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy.

All I can do is sit there and watch her lose everything and feel powerless to stop it.

Not much sleep last night. Kept myself busy today so I didn't have to think.
