No @Snowie hot flushes don’t last long. I’ve been getting them for over 10 years. Hope you are ok.

Yes the hot flushes are very persistent @Snowie . My sister is the same. Good morning to you. Hope you slept better last night. I got up late. Watered garden. Turned air on briefly when I came in. House is hot. Hope your day is ok.

I was meant to have some telehealth appts. with another psych whilst mine was away, but that fell through. So just me now. I've been journalling a lot. It does help a little to get it out. A lot I couldn't say on here.

I've got numbers to ring when things get bad. I rang last night.

I don't think there is anything anyone else can do. I know I'm not the only one. 10 days till pdoc is back.

Not much sleep last night @GezzaP @Jynx but for different reasons.

We have Catastrophic Fire Danger today where we live.

Bags packed in case we need to evacuate.
