It's taken a long time to work out what strategies work for me. Even now they can change. I do think it is something that can constantly change depending on what is happening, why it has happened and how far into the dissociation I am. I don't think it is something that is set in concrete.

My mum can be quite critical of me. I guess it is something I have just learnt to live with.

Hehe, I have a number of tatts and a full sleeve. I have been looking for inspiration for my next one too. They all have their own meaning behind them.

I have had friendships in the past, I'm just not good at keeping them. I don't blame them though, it is normally me that steps away. I can get very uncomfortable around others. I do have acquaintances, just no real friends. They are normally H's friends partners.

I love that H is honest no matter what. He will always say it how it is. He has also stood next to me through all my MH issues, where others would have run in the opposite direction.
