I've looked into peer support groups before. The only one's I could find were over an hour away. They joys of living rural. Also I'm not that good in group settings.

Thanks for the offer but not sure what can be done. I knew today would be hard, just turned out a bit harder than expected. Just trying to count down the hours before I can go to bed.

Hmm, an hour is a little far, isn't it? Group settings can be tough, but also quite rewarding when we need people and support. I wonder what would could be a happy medium point? 🤔

Maybe we can keep checking in? Would that be helpful?

@AuntGlow I don't think I would be able to do group settings anyway. I struggle if it is more than one person. Maybe why I have no friends.

Ended up going to bed last night.

Went up the street early to avoid the crowds. Ran into someone I knew from awhile back. Talked non stop about how great her life was. Just kept nodding. Made an excuse to get away. Why I hate going down the street.

H not home tonight. I rely on him too much anyway.
