Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

Struggled to get out of bed this morning. Could have stayed in there all day. But made myself get out.

Mum wanted to go down the street so took her down there. All she brought was 2 packets of biscuits 🤷‍♀️ Seemed pointless going down just for that, but kept quiet of course.

Come home and crashed on the couch. Spoke to LL.

At least I got some washing done.

It's okay for groups to not be your thing... I find 1-1 connection easier too. 💛

I get that, sometimes people share all the wonderful things they are doing and if I am feeling vulnerable at the time, it can be hard to fully connect to their joy. I think this is a really human response.

I know there's a lot going on for you right now... but would you be able to share one little thing you're grateful for or proud of today? (I think you deserve to connect to some joy too!)
