My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

The problem is @Ru-bee is if I don't check in on Mum than no one else will. So I feel like I have no option, no choice.

I'm happy he turned 18 but sad that he is so grown up now. My last one to reach adulthood.

I have my psych Wednesday. I told her I'd do a few things by our next appt. I haven't done them, I feel like I've disappointed her.

You've got a little bit of time before your appointment, are these things that you might be able to do before you see her?

She wanted to go up the street too, so I'll have to do that in the next few days.

I don't think I can do them before I see my psych. They aren't hard, but I'm making them out to be such huge things. I'd only do it to please her, I couldn't care less about doing them myself.

I know it's hard when you've got these tasks to do that you know aren't that big but they FEEL big @Snowie I've got a few of those that I'm avoiding myself at the moment.

Do you think there might be some other benefits if you do them? Or even do one or 2?

I gotta run, but I hope the rest of the night is night and quiet for you and that you get some good sleep tonight!

I know that there are benefits @Ru-bee I know my psych wouldn't suggest them if she didn't think they would benefit me.

My problem is the lack of caring. I care about her opinion, I just don't care about my own.

Mum rang this morning. Ended up taking her up the street. No apology or anything. Should be used to it by now.

About the same. I've taken some prn. Hoping it kicks in soon.
