My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

@outlandermotivation is very hard indeed hun, sometimes too hard. The scripts do help at times. Not all the time but are useful at times

@Snowie at least they help sometimes. I guess we can't have everything work all the time even though that would be ideal.
We can only do what we can manage at the time, im sure once you start youll be able to keep going abit more too. I find sometimes have to be in the mood too not just lacking motivation.

@outlander - I've settled a little thanks to taking some medication. But I'm still angry that others have failed to look after me. Regardless, I've done all I can to protect myself.

@Sans911I am glad you are protecting yourself, but it certainly is not right that it happened in the first place. I am sorry you had to go through that. Unhelpful people are the pits.

@Snowie - although I'm angry with them, I can't expect them to remember everything I've said. They were only thinking of themselves at the time, so I can't be too angry with them, I'm more angry that the situation has happened if that makes sense. And I had a foreboding anyway that it was only a matter of time. I've reacted in a way that gives me a level of protection for now. I am satisfied it's enough also for now.
