My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

@Sans911 @outlander I am happy to talk about anything, I know you both are struggling too. The things on my mind are in the "the wrongness is still there" basket.

I can't do anything about it atm, it will just take time to work itself out.

@outlanderummm my cross stitch is not going well, need to get back into them.

Thats right I was going to explain my scripts. Well I have a few and they are for different things.

So I have one that I use when having flashbacks or nightmares. It goes something like this.

My name is..... I am ....years old, I live at ........, the year is 2018, I am not ...... years old anymore, this is not happening to me again. I have a few more lines I read. The idea is you re-read it to yourself over and over again to bring you back to the present moment.

I also have a script ready if someone asks me why I am not working again. It answers there question in one way but puts the attention back onto them too.

Thank you for explaining those @Snowie i may need to make some up too. They sound like they come in handy for sure.
You'll get around to them. Theres no rush. Takes a lot of motivation these days to want to do anything hey
