My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

Yesterday with pdoc went ok, H came. The worngness is still there and spoke to pdoc about it. He has some good suggestions, will just be a matter if they are taken on board or dismissed by others.

Only time will tell I guess. All this has made my anxiety rise and thoughts rise. Pdoc spoke about being admitted again. Will see how it goes but might be getting to that stage again.

Im glad you were able to speak to your pdoc and get your thoughts out even while H is there @Snowie i do hope others come to the table and take on some suggestions as well.

Im just low but manageing @Snowie just sorting out appointments. Turns out i had 3 appointments all within 2 hrs on thursday so iv had to ask to reshedule 2 of them to another time/date ad they all pretty much go for an hr give or take abit
